Re Wear
Send the shirt back when it is finished. We repair what can be repaired and recycle what cannot. The instruction is printed on the packing insert of every order, because a loop nobody knows about is not a loop.

Wear it out
Properly. A garment returned in good condition should be worn, not processed.

Send it back
Free from within either market. The return label is in the packing insert.

Repaired or remade
Repairable garments come back to you. The rest are recycled into new fabric.
Why it is worth the cost
A repair operation is a small share of revenue and a disproportionate share of the reason people come back. It is also the only part of the environmental claim that is visible to the person making it — the rest happens in a factory they will never see.
What this is not, yet
There is no Re Wear facility. This page describes the programme as designed, and the loop cannot run until the first campaigns have shipped and there is something to send back. It is published now because the take-back promise is printed on the insert from the first order, and a promise on a garment tag needs a page behind it.
